BATAVIA, NY - Genesee's men's lacrosse team earned an impressive 30-1 win, showcasing their offensive power and defensive strength. Brian Freeman led the way with 5 goals and 3 assists, while Jaxon Mohawk added 3 goals and 3 assists. Luke Smeader contributed 3 goals, 2 assists, and won 16 of 18 face-offs, while Jonathan Bliss, for his part, won 14 of 17 face-offs. The Cougars fired 49 shots, with 34 on goal, and collected 54 ground balls. On defense, goalies Evan Sorenson, Ryan Winters, and Payton Palizay allowed just 1 goal in 60 minutes, making 3 saves combined. Genesee will look to build on this dominant performance as they head into their next game against Anne Arundel on March 8th.
