Onondoga, NY - The Genesee Women's Volleyball team traveled to Onondoga community college for a POD match against the Lazers and Jamestown's Jayhawks. Adding a win to their board against the Jayhawks.

In the first game of the day, the Cougars matched up against the lazers. Onondoga took the first two sets by decent margin, but in hopes to keep the game going, the Cougars made a run in the third set, forcing it to go over. Leading the set score to be left at 26-24, in favor of Onondoga. Final score would be 3-0.

Even with a loss, the Cougars did not fault, taking out the Jayhawks easily in three straigh sets. Final score being 3-0 in favor of Genesee.

The Cougars travel to Corning CC, September 10th with a start time of 7:00 PM.
