BATAVIA, NY… The Genesee Community College women's soccer team earned a1-1-draw against the Mohawk Valley Community College Hawks Wednesday night.
Audrey Hurlburt continued her scoring streak, as she scored her third goal of the season with five minutes remaining in the opening half to give Genesee lead off a great pass from Ruby Hoyt.
Sarah Kidder played outstanding between the pipes, making six saves in net.
The Cougars will return to action on Saturday, September 28 as they travel to Jefferson for a 1:00pm contest. Genesee will return home on Sunday, September 29 for a noon match against Corning.
