BATAVIA, NY… The Genesee Community College women's basketball team earned a 85-68 home victory over Fulton-Montgomery CC Thursday afternoon.
Jillian Curtis scored a game-high 26 points, collected 15 rebounds, and added six assists. Logan Shaulis had a double-double, scoring 12 points and adding 12 rebounds. Julianna Amesbury scored 12 points and collected 10 rebounds. Sarah McGinnis scored 10 points while Mackenzie Gratto scored 12 points for the blue and gold. Marin Abe scored 13 points. Every Cougars player scored at least double digits.
Genesee (5-3) returns to the hardwood on Saturday afternoon as they travel to SUNY Broome. Opening tip is scheduled for 1:00pm.
