Queensbury, New York- Sunday's matchup against SUNY Adirondack would see eleven different players score in a 15-0 victory over the Timberwolves. Sophomore forward, Unai Cruz (Andorra La Vella, Andorra), lead the charge, netting a hat trick along with three assists. Two Cougars would finish the day with two goals each, Freshman Forward, Malik Watson (Buffalo, New York) in addition to four assists and Freshman Midfielder, Jan Bimmler (Cologne, Germany). Sophomore Midfielder Antonio Pellegrino (Lancaster, New York) scored one goal with two assists while Freshman Midfielder, Harrison Frearson (Ilkeston, England) scored one goal with one assist. The rest of the goal scorers would all have one goal each with no assists these came from, Axel Monells (Barcelona, Spain), Sonny Simpson (Perth, Scotland), Obie Casson (Macclesfield, England), Eduardo Leiva (Santiago, Chile), Felipe Bueno (Bogota, Colombia), and Kaleem Remekie (Toronto, Canada).
Freshman goalkeeper, Alvaro Hermosa (Valladolid, Spain) would only need to make one save in the shutout over SUNY Adirondack.
The Cougars are back in action this Saturday, September 16th as they travel to Finger Lakes Community College.
