BATAVIA, NY… The Genesee Community College men's basketball team continued their winning ways on Saturday afternoon by defeating the Cayuga Community College Spartans 75-58. The win is Genesee's sixth in a row.
Wayne Longmore had a game-high 26 points coming off the bench for the blue and gold. Longmore also collected 12 rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Zaphian Scott earned another double-double, scoring 11 points and collecting 10 rebounds. Deontay Sprattley scored 12 points and collected four rebounds.
Genesee (6-3, 5-1) travels to Pittsford to play against St. John Fisher JV Monday night at 7pm.
