Genesee's Season Ends in Region Semis

BUFFALO, NY… The Genesee Community College men's basketball team's season came to an end on Saturday afternoon in the Region III Division II semifinal matchup against the host Erie Community College Kats 109-73.

Kevin Major continued his strong play down the stretch for the Cougars as he had a game-high 27 points. Jamir Cheek scored 19 points, collected five rebounds and dished out a team-high two assists. Jarett Haines and Javin Williams each scored 12 points.

Genesee's season ends with an overall record of 15-14.
