She spearheaded the creation of a dedicated Genesee Athletics website and led efforts to significantly enhance the department’s social media presence, increasing visibility and engagement within the campus community and beyond. Beyond campus, Schuth demonstrates a strong commitment to community partnership by organizing annual events such as the Lions Club and Rotary Basketball Tournaments. Additionally, she has played a key role in coordinating Section V and VI championships across multiple sports including cross country, basketball, and softball, fostering strong ties between Genesee Athletics and the wider regional sports community.

During her tenure, the Cougars have achieved national, regional, and conference championships across multiple sports.
