BATAVIA, NY... Genesee Volleyball fell to Monroe Community College in four sets, 3-1.

The Tribunes took the first two sets, but Genesee was able to keep them both close, falling 25-18 in the first and 25-19 in the second.

The Cougars wouldn't go down without a fight however, as they were able to battle back and take set three 27-25.

Monroe would go on to take set four with a score of 25-13, improving their impressive season record to 7-1.

Genesee is back in action on October 9th when they travel to Tompkins Cortland Community College to take on the Panthers at 12pm.
