BATAVIA, NY… In a matchup that featured two of the top 10 teams in NJCAA Division III Women's Soccer, the #5 nationally ranked Genesee Community College Cougars earned a 2-2 draw against the #10 ranked Herkimer College Generals Wednesday night.
Tatum Gagne would open the scoring for Genesee in the 15th minute of the opening half. Jordyn Ertel would tie the game with less than five minutes remaining off a pass from Abby Conover.
Sarah Kidder and Saskia Koops split time in net for Genesee.
Genesee will be playing Eastern Florida State College on Friday evening at 5pm. The game will be played at Monroe Community College.
