On April 1st, Genesee Women's Soccer virtually signed their twelfth recruit for the upcoming season, Jayden Richardson. Jayden is an outside midfielder from York and is a four year varsity starter for her high school team. She also has 13 career goals and 5 assists. Richardson was awarded Livingston All-County two of her four years on varsity. She also runs track, plays basketball, and is a drag racer. Jayden has been an honor roll student all throughout high school and plans to major in Nursing.

Head Coach, Jeff Reyngoudt, has been diligently recruiting for the upcoming soccer season. "We weren't happy with the outcome from our last season and that has forced us to work even harder when it comes to recruiting. This incoming freshmen class is sure to be what we were missing last year", stated Reyngoudt. Jeff is excited about signing Jayden and the other 11 signee freshmen. Genesee's Women's team hopes to make an appearance in the National Tournament, as they did in 2014 and 2018.

The Genesee Cougar's Coaching staff are still in the process of recruiting for their 2020 team and have some more signings coming up in the next few months. If you are interested in trying out for next year's 2020 Genesee Cougars, please email Jeff Reyngoudt at jcreyngoudt@genesee.ed
