#7 Cougars Get Road Win at Fulton Montgomery

JOHNSTOWN, NY… The no.7 Genesee Community College Cougars earned their 12th win of the season and their second consecutive road victory as they defeated the Fulton-Montgomery Community College Raiders 6-1 Saturday afternoon.

The Cougars had six different goal scorers in their NJCAA Region III contest against the host Raiders. Ryan Curtis, Robert Keogh, James Lighton, Hiago Barros de Souza, Ollie Ardle, and Futa Kubo all found the back of the net. Ed Port had a game-high three assists.

Marcus Kenline and Adam Willig split time in net for the Blue and Gold.

Genesee (12-3) returns home for their regular-season home finale on Tuesday, October 15 at 6:30 pm against WNYAC foe Mercyhurst Northeast.
