BATAVIA, NY… Genesee Community College’s golf team and head coach Tom Moynihan are proud to announce their 2019 schedule.
The 2019 season begins the weekend of April 12-14 as they are competing against Cayuga Community College on the 12th at Highland Park GC, Saturday the 13, the Cougars take on Onondaga at Timber Banks Country Club, and ends the trip on Sunday, April 14 at the Tompkins Cortland invite at Elm Tree Golf Course. The following weekend, the team will travel to the Mohawk Valley region and play Mohawk Valley on Friday, April 19 at Oneida Community Golf Course and then the following day, will play Herkimer College at Mohawk Valley Golf Course. The month of April will end with a trip to Hiland Park Country Club to play SUNY Adirondack on Saturday, April 27, and then play Hudson Valley Community College at Frear Park Golf Course in Troy, NY the following day.
The month of May starts WNYAC competition against Jamestown CC May 3rd at Chautauqua Golf Course, the following day against Niagara County Community College at Willowbrook Golf Course. May 5 is Genesee’s lone home meet of the year at Batavia Country Club. May 12-14 is the NJCAA Region III Championships at Timber Banks Country Club.
The season will end with the NJCAA National Championships June 3-7 at Chautauqua Golf Club.
