JOHNSTOWN, NY - Women’s Volleyball traveled to Fulton Montgomery Community College to take on the Raiders in the Semi-Finals matchup for the Region III Championships.

With a tough match-up, the Cougars looked to battle hard against the Raiders. The first set would be the raiders taking a 1-0 lead with the set score being 25-13. Set two would be a battle between the teams, the raiders to go up by two, or the cougars to even things out. Ultimately, Fulton Montgomery would snatch the set, though Genesee did not go without a fight during that set. Set score, 25-20. The Raiders would close out the game with a 25-16 score. Even with the Raiders taking three sets, the Cougars fought to the end of each set giving it their all.
