BATAVIA, NY... The Genesee Volleyball program picked up their second win of the season, winning three straight sets over Niagara County.

The Cougars took a tightly contested first set, 25-21, to jump out to a 1-0 lead in the match. Set number two saw much of the same, as Genesee narrowly escaped the second set with a victory, 26-24.

Genesee would keep their foot on the gas in set number three, easily taking a 25-11 win over the Thunderwolves, to secure a 3-0 match win and their second win of the season.

The Cougars head to Monroe on October 7th to take on the Tribunes at 6:00pm.
