Hurlburt Becomes First Women's Soccer Signee of the 2024 Class

On November 10th, Audrey Hurlburt committed to the Genesee Women's Soccer team for the 2024 season. Audrey is a 5'3" tenacious striker and started 4 years for the Ellicottville High School Varsity girls' soccer team. Hurlburt attributed 50 career goals and 25 career assists for her team. She also plays basketball and track for her school. Audrey is a First Team Allstar, Honorable Mention Western NY, and was awarded the Big 30. She was also a 2-time sectional champion for her school soccer team. Hurlburt plans to major in Tourism Hospitality Management while attending GCC.

"I am incredibly excited about Audrey committing to our team. She is an incredible goal scorer and will turn on a dime when it comes to shooting. She's driven, hard-working, and a team player. She's exactly what we have been missing and we know she'll be a great fit to the team", stated Head Coach Jeff Reyngoudt.

Jeff and Macy have been meeting with a lot of recruits and have some more commitments coming up. The Cougars ended their 2023 season with a 9-5-1 record. If you are interested in trying out for next year's 2024 Genesee Cougars, please email Jeff Reyngoudt at jcreyngoudt@genesee.edu.
