The men's soccer team split a weekend doubleheader against Finger Lakes and Genesee Community College.
On Saturday, The Raiders took on the lakers and came out on top, 9-1. Marvin Koceku, Jackson McCandlish, Roberto Salinas, Famourlaye Cisse, Sammy Boel (2), Zakaria Toure (2), and Leonardo Gualberto all scored for FM. Curtis Arnold, Aidan MacLagan, Alassane Dougoune, Moussa Sonaga, and Daniel Luca Lopes Lucas all tallied assists in the victory.
On Sunday, FM traveled to Genesee Community College to take on the Cougars, who are ranked #4 in the NJCAA DIII.
The Cougars jumped out to a 4-0 first half lead. Marvin Koceku and Daryl Kabasele answered with two quick goals to start the second half. Genesee scored four unanswered goals to defeat the Raiders, 8-2.
FMCC will travel to Herkimer College on Saturday, September 17th for a 3 p.m. conference match-up.
