POD play at Home 9/17/22
The Lady Cannoneers went 2-1 in POD play at Home with wins vs Monroe CC 3-0 (25-16, 25-13, 25-17), Genesee CC 3-2 (25-22, 18-25, 22-25, 25-21, 16-14), and a loss to Finger Lakes CC 3-0 (18-25, 19-25, 14-25). Sarah Kilburn had a dominating day leading the team with 8 blocks, 13 kills, 22 digs, 1 service ace, and 1 assist. Chelsea Greenwood had a phenomenal day providing 17 kills, 22 digs, 4 blocks, and 1 service ace. Kaila Gilpatric had another great performance leading the team with 20 kills, 23 digs, 1 block, and 5 service aces. Alexis Cruz provided a dominating serving day with 9 service aces, 15 kills, 31 digs, 4 blocks, and 4 assist. Mckenzi Burnham had another outstanding defensive day with 50 digs. Bayleigh Woodard had a strong performance providing 65 assist, 24 digs, and 5 service aces. Mackenzie Lane provided a solid performance providing her team with 29 digs, 8 kills, and 1 assist. Emma Roy provided 2 digs and a set winning service ace. The 11-2 Lady Cannoneers prepare for a road trip to SUNY Broome on Wednesday 9/21/2022 at 6 pm.
