Men's Soccer Falls at #2 Herkimer

HERKIMER, NY… The no.6 Genesee Community College men's soccer team lost 2-0 to the no.2 Herkimer College Generals Saturday afternoon in a match up that featured two top-ten teams in the country.   

In a defensive game, it remained scoreless for the opening half. The host Generals scored two goals in a 10 minute span to take control of the game and went on to the 2-0 victory.

Adrian Bergman recorded four saves in net for Genesee.

The Cougars (10-3) are in action on Wednesday afternoon at Finger Lakes Community College. Game time is scheduled for 4pm from Canandaigua.
