The No. 5 Cougars cruised past visiting Finger Lakes CC on Wednesday afternoon, tallying a double-digit scoring total for the second consecutive game. Genesee dropped FLCC 10-0 to remain unbeaten so far this fall.

Up 2-0 at the half, GCC came out to score eight times in the final period, which included three from Rafael Godoi (49', 57', 71'), three from William Stone (50', 62', 73'), Price's second in the 70th minute and one from Sam King in the 89th.

GCC outshot FLCC 33-3 (18-2 on net), limiting the Lakers to a single shot in the first half and two in the second.

Genesee goalkeeper David Ormiston turned away both shots he faced in his 84 minutes of action before giving way to Syed Radhi-Islam, who finished the final minutes of the shutout.

Genesee (10-0-2) will return to action on Saturday to host No. 3 Herkimer College at 3 p.m.
