The Genesee Community College baseball team began their fall schedule today at GCC.  The exhibition games will run through mid-October with doubleheader play with the majority of the contests at the Batavia campus.

Head coach Skip Sherman has many player decisions to make between now and the spring when the official NJCAA season gets under way, as the longtime Cougar coach looks to improve upon last season's 32 wins and Region Final Four playoff appearance.

The Cougars will be in action again tomorrow Sept. 3 at GCC and again Sept. 10 and Sept. 23 at the Batavia diamond. Fall baseball's home schedule will conclude with an Oct. 14 contest against Alfred State College.
