North Country
Cannoneer Men's Soccer bounced back against North Country with a comfortable 8-1 victory. Brodie Finnie shined with 2 goals and 2 assists on the day, as did Sebala Letsoara with 2 goals, Florian Fuchs with 2 goals, and Jack Rathbun with 2 assists. The Cannoneers will use this momentum to carry them into the second half of the season.
Genesee
Cannoneer Mens Soccer suffered a heartbreaking 1-0 loss giving up a goal in the final minute of the game. The Cannoneers played very well, sticking to their game plan, and nearly scoring 4 or 5 times on the counter, but switched off for a direct kick late in the second half that Genesee would score off of to steal the day.
Tompkins Cortland
A resounding win on sophomore night to send off the second years well. The Cannoneers opened the scoring early, conceeded off a counter attack, and then proceeeded to impose themselevs on the visitting team to earn a comfortable and convinving 6-1 victory. In particualr Sophmore Rafael Trogaidis had a night to remember contributing 3 asists, as did Florian Fuchs with 2. The Cannoneers look forward to Fulton Montgomery on Wednesday.
