The Erie Community College vollyeball team added to their win column with a victory over Genesee Community College on Thursday. The Kats defeated the Cougars in four sets, 29-27, 25-21, 20-25 and 25-17.
Leading the way for the Kats was Delia Lake with 13 kills and Allison Gummo with 38 assists. Kaitlyn Adams had nine digs in the match where Coach Craig Starzynski said "Kait played her best volleyball today. She's reading the game better and better each week and becoming a really confident passer."
Next up Erie willplay two matches on Saturday when they will face Jamestown Community College and then a rematch with Genesee. First match is at 10:00 am at SUNY Niagara.
