Kats volleyball continued their strong play with their seventh win a row on Thursday night. In a sea of pink while they honored Breast Cancer Awareness Month at the Burt Flickinger Center, Erie defeated Genesee Community College in straight sets 25-17, 25-14 and 25-23.
Delia Lake had another strong outing with nine kills. Coach Craig Starzynski said of the freshman, "Delia is emerging as one of the best middle blockers in the state and tonight stepped up big again!"
Erie travels to Broome Community College on Saturday for POD play against Corning and Broome.
