Scott Hemer was GCC Women's Basketball Coach from 2001 through 2007. During the 2006-2007 season, he was the NJCAA National District C Coach of the Year helping his team win the regional tournament with a record of 147-70. He also earned NJCAA Region III coach of the year on three occasions and mentored five all-Americans during his tenure. He has since coached at SUNY Geneseo and recently accepted a position at Canisius College.
