Genesee's Hall Commits to D-II Chowan University

BATAVIA, NY…  Genesee men’s soccer player Sam Hall is continuing his soccer and academic career as he will be attending Chowan University in the fall.

Hall will be heading to a NCAA Division II Hawks program that finished the 2018 season with a record of 11-4-2, and went to the conference championship game. Sam was a member of the NJCAA Region III All-Region First Team and was named an NJCAA Soccer First Team All-American.

The 6’3 defender from Leicester, England played in 15 games his freshman season scoring 10 goals, including two game-winners. His sophomore season, Hall started 17 of the 19 games he played in wearing the blue and gold, scoring eight goals and adding 4 assists. Three of his eight goals were game-winners.

Hall was part of the 2017 NJCAA Division II Men’s Soccer National Championship team and this past season, reached the NJCAA Division II Men’s Soccer National Semifinals.
