BATAVIA, NY… Madison Bykowski and Jordin Cecere will both be continuing their softball careers as they both signed Letter Of Intent (LOI) with Genesee Community College. The Seniors at Alexander Central School have been life-long friends and they are both excited to be part of the #cougarPRIDE.
Madison Bykowski will play second base for the Cougars when she arrives on campus next fall. Bykowski also plays basketball and soccer for Alexander and was a 2018 Genesee Region All Star. Madison will be a Liberal Arts major at GCC. Madison enjoys making chicken wing dip and has a very funny sense of humor.
Jordin Cecere will be behind the plate as a catcher as well as play first base for Genesee . A GR All Star Honorable Mention in 2018, Cecere was also team MVP at Alexander in 2017 and 2016, as well as earning the Trojans Tournament MVP Award in 2017. Jordin would like to work with kids one day after earning her education. She enjoys writing, dancing, and drawing outside of her busy schedule as a three-sport athlete.
