The Genesee Community College volleyball team is still in search of its first Western New York Athletic Conference (WNYAC) win of the season after falling to visiting Monroe CC on Thursday night, three sets to none.
MCC won the first game 25-21, and followed with wins in the second and third games, 25-20 and 25-18.
Naomi Hyde finished with 15 digs, seven kills and five aces, Kristi Knutson added eight kills and Tanessa Whitney tallied 15 assists.
Genesee (3-6) will return to action this weekend on the road at the Jamestown CC POD event.
